Again, March 9 an email was sent. March 26th I hired a new broker and took care of my business. Cancellation left my houses not covered for the 31st of March - no one would provide any proof of coverage for that day. I had to call Safeco to get it. Owner advised clerk did nothing wrong??? Not True! No exception was made to take over my accounts. Prior broker did the same, no response, no answers, terminated. Our communication has always been via email. I called you when the date of cancellation left my homes not covered for 24 hours and I could not get proof that Safeco had them covered. Email from Steven not sufficient, it needed to be Safeco...I asked Steven if I have a problem (no coverage March 31) if he was going to be responsible for the damages, of course not! Safeco provided a screen shot, that was all Steven had to do, but did not. Never received any email from him. He simply defended the neglect from his clerk (March 2 and March 9) and did not care what I had to say. PROOF IS IN THE EMAILS!

Then State Farm assigned me an agent named Watada. He tried to sell me more insurance and when we turned in the towing bill he wouldn't pay me! I pay for towing so I should get paid. To get paid we had to tow it to a garage in town! But It would avoid the warranty! I had to tow it to a garage In Westminster 19 miles away out of town. I had to tow it to the garage that installed my engine or the warranty would be no good! I explained this to him and he still wouldn't pay me! So I fired him and got a new agent! I got a new agent named Blake Bishop and he was fine, he paid for my towing anytime I turn in the bill! Then he retired! So I got a new agent that State Farm assigned! So this storm came in and my neighbor came across the street and bragged about USAA! He got a new roof and a paint job! So I had an appraiser come out! It was the same storm and I bragged about State Farm! I got denied! I got the safe driving award and I had not a ticket for 25 years! I was low risk! So I canceled my auto and house insurance. And I tell my family and friends that I use USAA! I have lots of friends! I was in enlisted in the Air Force and an officer in the Army! Furthermore, I was a cop for 26 years! State Farm just wants your money and they are not interested in insurance! You get more for your money with USAA! State Farm is a joke!
