Both Kevin Lambert & Patricia Gomez were aware that the money used to file for bankruptcy was all I had. I found out my vehicle was never even scheduled for delivery per my creditor and the attorney didn't get back to me until a WEEK later. By that time his best advice was to pay to refile. The vehicle was necessary in order for the Ch. 13 repayment plan to be successful. Little Timmy suggested I pay the fees to get it out of repo even though this was not the information I was given prior to paying the fees to file for bankruptcy and both Kevin & Patricia were aware of my financial situation and had informed me that any delivery or fees associated with the repossession would be included as part of the repayment. They failed to communicate in a timely manner, failed to provide me with correct information and were even blatantly dishonest in regards to informing me the vehicle had been scheduled for home delivery and as a result my case was dismissed. They failed to take any responsibility for their shortcomings and instead blamed me for not paying the fee to get it out of repo despite not having the money and being told any fees would be included as a part of the bankruptcy repayment. They then blamed me for the Ch. 13 being dismissed as a result of not getting in paperwork when it was irrelevant because without the vehicle I had no way to follow through with the repayment plan. These individuals hide behind ego and believe that they can get away with this type of behavior. Do not use this firm for bankruptcy. I was not unfamiliar with bankruptcy yet they did not do right by me and as a result it left me in a far worse position. They ripped me off and they will be held accountable.

I don't think,…read morebut I have come to the conclusion and have found out after two years that it was not them that lied to me when they said they would take the case it was my prior lawyer that I was trying to get away from that lied to me. He told me that the HUSEMAN law Firm said they weren't going to get involved with my case and so I kind of thought they had abandoned me and thought that they had lied to me and that made me stick back with the prior lawyer. So he caused all the confusion and the mixup and made me think that they were the ones that didn't want to work with me. So I got angry and wanted all my papers back from that Law Firm and the prior lawyer that I was trying to get away with it told me oh I had to. I'm having a runner pick them up and I contacted the HUSEMAN law Firm and told the assistant to the attorney that I was going to hire , that I thought was going to take the case, we'll just call him J. And I told that assistant, Mr. Guzman, that they had no right and they better not send my papers back with a runner or they had no right to give my papers back to that lawyer that they were my papers and I wanted them back.
