Please make sure to wear a mask for sure. There is a good chance that you will not get the 6 feet of clearance while in the waiting room. The ladies at the registration desk were efficient. Be prepared to fill in a few pages of paperwork if you have never been there.l before. If you have an appointment, the wait was moderate. I was met by a nurse named "Natalie". She was very sweet, genuine and kind- Shout out to Natalie! The X-rays were done by. Buddy. Despite how busy he was, he was very nice. I had a little struggle getting up from the X-ray bed and he offered his forearm twice to help me get up. The first time I did. Took multiple MRI orders to get accurate foot which was when I was on the MRI table. 7/7/25 results of MRI came back & top of foot images blocked but, they failed to re order it! In addition, I had an appt with Dr Britt on 7/7 he refused to see me and did a no show although, contacted adjuster with bogus report. When adjuster knew no show changed rate to 7/14 whereas, I had a meeting with office manager to file complaint. She let me know neither on 7/7 or 7/14 any letters in file so meant verbally lied to adjuster. I was kicked out on 7/14 by Dr Britt although, never evaluated. I was sent to another WC doctor but, 2 months later Dr Britt and adjuster pretend I was seen and meds approved. Bogus! Not my doctor, not seen nor ever prescribed anything in Sept. so who got the meds? Why approve a bogus visit but, deny my actual current doctor I had in Sept PT denied? Ridiculous how WC system works! Dr Britt the worst doctor ever!!

This office is larger and newer than the other. They are very accommodating with appointments, especially when you have when you have an emergency. All the staff are very customer/patient orientated. He has performed surgery on my ankle, my achilles, and two surgeries on my feet. Always take time to listen to your concerns and discuss all options with you. Great with working through all the insurance issues. The office is always clean and organized. Definitely my go-to.

On the Medicare.gov site, they "must" provide specific services - they do NOT. It seems this is part of Advanced Primary Care Management Services under Medicare Part B. IMO, if they're billing for services we're not receiving this is fradulent!

Many years ago, when I took care of my mom, she needed some help with her feet due to her diabetic condition. The hospital recommended Dr. Blum here at the Orthopedic Associates of Osceola. He was very good and helped my mom out so when it came time for me to find out what was wrong with my feet, I went back to Dr. Blum. I soon found out that I had heel spurs (ouch!) and Dr. Blum was able to help me with lots of good recommendations on how to avoid the pain as well as some cortisone shots in my heels. Not as painful as you would imagine and they truly helped me get past the pain. Dr. Blum, his staff and the office staff were all very nice and made the whole process easy. I recommend them if you have any type of foot challenges. My only down side was the wait. They are a busy office and Dr. Blum takes his time with each of his patients so the wait was longer than I would like but it was well worth it. Dr. Blum takes his time with everyone and I did not feel rushed or like I was just another foot to see... Worth the wait! Enjoy!
