Family Therapy Solutions

Erin from Family Therapy Solutions is an absolute godsend -- I truly can't recommend her enough. I…read morefirst found her on Yelp and then came across her videos on YouTube, which really stood out. After a bit of back and forth with my healthcare provider, I was finally able to get Erin approved as my primary therapist -- and I'm so glad I did. She's the real deal: kind, but no-nonsense. Erin tells it like it is -- no sugarcoating -- and gives honest, practical, real-world advice that comes from deep experience. She's professional, direct, and incredibly insightful. Whether it's individual, couples, or family therapy -- especially for those in public safety or military circles -- Erin brings a deep understanding and a grounded approach to each session. She listens closely and stays focused on the issue at hand. Sessions are typically an hour long and always feel productive -- there's no wasted time or empty filler. My first session with her was during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and while I did meet her in person once at her Clovis office, we've continued sessions via FaceTime ever since -- which has worked seamlessly. What I appreciate most is that Erin is not judgmental -- she hears both sides of a situation and helps us find realistic, usable solutions. It's clear she genuinely cares about our mental health and well-being. And when the medical system doesn't come through the way it should... Erin does. I'll just leave it at that. It's comforting to know she's only a phone call away when things get heavy and you need real, grounded feedback from someone you trust. If you're looking for a therapist who cuts through the noise, brings clarity, and truly has your back -- Erin is it. Five stars all the way.

She is honest, insightful, relatable and calls you out on your junk in the best way possible. She is easy to get ahold of and flexible with scheduling. It feels much less clinical and more like a friend who knows what she is talking about. I highly recommend her!!!

If you are seeking mental health treatment in the Central Valley, Aspire is the place!! I have been…read moreto a few other mental health facilities in the area and found little success in improving my condition. When I found Aspire, Kim from intake made the intake process comforting and easy. The counselors, Toni, Kayella and Brittany, are the best staff possible. They care so much about each client and spend as much time as possible getting to know their clients and meet their needs. The atmosphere is comforting, making it incredibly easy to be authentic without anxiety. While I was there, we had a Thanksgiving feast, played corn hole outside on one of the few days it was sunny, did yoga and meditation, and created artwork. The program incorporates therapy with fun and I was always excited to be attending in the mornings. This program changed my life and I will always be grateful for Aspire and the staff at Aspire. Have a great day and don't be afraid to get help!!

Can't say I was impressed with the service or level of care. As a parent of a teen that was…read morereferred here, I was more concerned about my child walking away with bad habits. They say they advocate for your child when in reality, they help them get over on the parents to get what they want and use the system to help them. They called CPS on me after I tried alternative natural medication for his anxiety that was recommended by my child's physician and they said I was giving him "drugs". they never talk to parents to see what's going on at home and when you ask to have a sit down to clear up things, they accuse you of having a mental breakdown and try to refer you to their adult sessions, yea, no thanks. My kid did not like program or the kids he had group with.

Stay away!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. I normally never write reviews but I am doing this…read moresolely because of this mans profession and the damage he can do to people. My wife spoke with him on the phone, explained some serious problems she had , and made a appointment with him. I called him the next day and asked if he took our insurance. Told me to call my insurance company. I asked him if he takes any insurance whatsoever. He very rudely told me to have my wife see someone else. This person is supposed to be helping people with serious life problems. If he does not know something as simple as if he takes insurance, and gets upset with the question enough to cancel a appointment of someone he knows needs help, I am very scared of what kind of advice or influence he can have on people's lives. Please stay away, for your own sake.

I gave this guy a fair shot even though he had a poor review. I had to fire him today. I drove…read morenearly 30 minutes to get to my scheduled appointment and when he came out he told me that he rescheduled our appointment for yesterday. I received 1 voicemail from him in which he mentioned that he in fact would be working on the Monday following Veterans Day if I was available, to which I responded also in voicemail that I was not available that day. Today he said he did receive my voicemail and called me back he doesn't know why I didn't receive the voicemail but that he called me to tell me that he rescheduled our appointment for Monday. Obviously he was lying about calling me because why would he schedule an appointment when I had made it clear that I wouldn't be available that day and that I would see him at the agreed upon time and date. I make all my appointments as I'm speaking to people and confirm prior to ending the conversation. This being said I arrived at my initial appointment and he told me I was an hour late and my wife and I were both sure of the appointment time. Completely unprofessional. I too would give zero stars if it were possible.
