Boxercize classes at David Llyod Bromsgrove are the best. We do a full range of conbinations Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut, Backfist, Chop, Spinning Backfist, Fake Knee, Elbow, ETC. No Boxing experence required. Come along and try the most exiting class at David Llyod. Boxing is my favroute class. It is so much fun. Classes are Wednesday Mornings 9.30- 10.30 AM. The facilities are lovely from the spa to the sauna, steam room etc etc. Popped here for a coffee and the staff were lovely... But the person who made my coffee couldnt make a coffee to save their lives. It's not their fault, they've clearly never been taught how to steam milk and have just been thrown into the deep in and told to make the the milk hot, foam on a capp, no foam on a latte. It's a shame because I couldn't even drink my latte, it just tasted burnt. But it was a nice place just a shame they weren't shown properly. read more

Great gym, you could literally spend hours in here! It is one of the higher end gyms put there. Membership ranges from £70 to £95 a month. All of the equipment is top of the range and in good condition. They even have a body scan machine where you can track your progress and measure your muscle to fat ratio. There are many classes available with instructors and many virtual spinning classes. There have squash and tennis courts available along with a large heated indoor pool and heated outside pool which is great in the summer. The jacuzzi, team room and sauna are also great. All members of staff are friendly and customer service is great. They also have a cafe area which serves healthy lunches, smoothies and take out options are available too. The gym is pricey but you pay for what you get. It feels really motivational when you come here and even at peak time you can always use something in the gym. :) read more

Feel like I go to one of the best gyms ever! I used to work for various gyms, but this one is one of the best looking ones! Its always nice and clean. Only thing I would improve is having more gym floor short classes to help people out with their monotonous work out! Staff are really nice and the gym café serves healthy and delicious food!
