He worked with us for a period of almost two years securing my wife's permanent-residence card. It was a long and difficult process, but he and his staff of paralegals were excellent in guiding us through the difficult and complicated process. Suffice it to say, we were successful in our petition. In addition, the fees were very fair and clearly explained throughout the process. Looking back we are so glad we did not try to go it alone especially under the current presidential administration. Mr. Perez remains are lawyer until citizenship. I had the pleasure of working with Attorney David Tijerina and my Case Manager, Michelle Ramon, for my slip and fall case at Sam's, and they truly went above and beyond. What is most impressive is the speed and results: my incident occurred in January 2026, and here we are in June 2026--not even a year into the case--and we are already settling for an outstanding net amount for my pocket. From the start, Mr. Tijerina was incredible. He fought hard for my case, consistently countered offers, and successfully secured the highest possible settlement before we even had to file a lawsuit. Even without broken bones or surgeries, he managed to put over $22,000 in my pocket! Furthermore, he did an amazing job negotiating my medical bills down significantly--by over 75%--which made a massive difference in my final settlement. A huge thank you also goes to Michelle Ramon. Despite this being her first slip and fall case (she typically handles auto accidents), she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very responsive throughout the entire process. If you need legal help, contact Carabin Law. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them. If you call, ask for Michelle Ramon as your Case Manager--you will be in great hands!
