She was our eyes and ears on the ground, and treated our purchase as though it were equally important to her as it was to us. Stephanie kept us in the loop from many miles away. She was honest and realistic about the pros and cons of each property we saw. She was also ready to provide recommendations for other professionals, such as home inspectors. Ultimately, I had to withdraw from the sale for personal and professional reasons, but Stephanie was very understanding and continued to help me through that process as well. We were also looking for a very particular type of house, as I have physical disabilities. Adriane was fantastic at narrowing the field so we never looked at a property that wasn't accessible to my needs. She also kept well within our price range, unlike some realtors that push the limit - and she even recommended we stick with the house we liked most, despite it being $15k less! In the first time meeting with her, she sounded so interested and helpful to try and earn your business (to sign the listing contract.) Once your in a contract she changes her ways and won't respond to any of your questions right away, not until 2 days later. I also had to find out answers to my questions myself by calling around. After a year I realized I had the wrong person. I found Lisa after seeing her at a showing and liking how knowledgeable and positive she is. She is very eager to sell and has all kinds of techniques that she uses that the other real estate agents don't know or use. Needless to say, as soon as I signed her, she had people going through my house immediately. I would guess at least four showings a week. It took her about a month or maybe three weeks to sell my house. I could not recommend a better agent and will use her every time. If I could rate her 100 stars I would and she would deserve every one.
