I turned to Banderas Law to take over my case and it was the worst decision i've made. When I explained the accident, the guy we first spoke to automatically blamed me too. He kept asking me if i'm sure it wasn't my fault. Ok.... They didn't even fight for my case, the insurance company told them they ruled that it was my fault and the firm just accepted fault on my part and left it that way. I later received a phone call that they were dropping my case and they didn't want to hear from me anymore. Before i could say anything, she hung up. Now, fighting the case on my own, i managed to switch the liability to it being the other driver's fault 100%. ON MY OWN. Horrible service, although the people we spoke to were very nice. It seems they only care about the money they make off the injury, not even about the client or liability themself. They are just money hungry. I wish i never requested their services, i ended up 100% not at fault because of how i handled it. This firm is just a waste of time.
