Not even a phone call, just a letter, sorry, we are too busy to help loyal clients. If they were planning on dropping clients they should have said something after they screwed up last year. It really makes me worry what shady stuff happened and if my prior years were legit or messed up. Definitely a poor handling all the way around. To not be notified until December that instead of getting a tax prep packet to get a "You have been dropped and need to find a new place is a slap in the face.
