I was in a very compromising situation involving litigation from my Condominium's Board of…read moreDirectors. Hermann gave me a good deal of his time on our first consultation basically pro bono. Then when I had more questions later on, he was happy to help as much as he could at a fair and modest cost. Much less than his time was worth, I think, due to his knowledge of my precarious financial situation, which bordered on the poverty level at that time. He is extremely intelligent and he cares about his clients. He is very attentive to his clients needs, takes individual care with everyone, he is straight forward and willing to take the time to understand complex situations without rushing. He is always willing to listen. Never making his clients feel as if they are wasting his time. I would most highly recommend R. Hermann Heimgartner to anyone at any time. Even if just to meet him as a person, but also to get his opinion on your unique circumstances. If your case isn't within his particular area of expertise, he will let you know and will help you find the right Attorney who would have a better understanding of that area. He wouldn't take the case just to get a fee. All in all, I think he is the best person one could find to get a consultation with.
