Yesterday I went to Jefferson Health for the second time and once again had an outstanding experience. Both times, I arrived and checked in on the computer. Just a minute or two after I sat down to wait, my name was called and I was given my paperwork to fill out. I didn't even have a chance to finish filling out my paperwork before I was called to go to my exam room. Typically, I end up waiting in the exam room and often wonder if I've been forgotten. But at Jefferson, the nurse who brings you there immediate starts your examination. The doctors then come on cue. Both Dr. Bricker (General Medicine) and Dr. Chen (ObGyn) were nice, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The appointments were thorough, and fast, but by no means rushed. After my first appointment I got some bloodwork and was pleased to see my results were available via an inline portal the next day.
