A customer of mine recommended David Allen Capital to me for their credit card processing services. The customer told me he would have someone from the company call me. After several days, I told the customer that no one from the David Allen Capital company called me. The customer contacted them again, and "Kelsey" phoned me a day later. The first thing she stated was that I had to send her a copy of my current credit card processing statement of the company I currently use. I asked her why that was necessary. She stated it was the way they do things. I then told her I wanted to speak to the owner, David Allen. After a few days, I did not hear from him, so I called and spoke with Morgan, his daughter. She assured me he'd call me that day. He did not call me. I called the next day and left another message. Finally, David phoned me. I told him that it is unacceptable to not return a potential client's phone call for 4 days, even when that potential client had made the effort several times during those 4 days. He responded by telling me that he was "busy." Enough said! **CONSUMER BEWARE** read more
