6/17/14 - 6/20/24 Dave came out with 2 employees. Which he berated the entire time. The cussing, name calling was constant the entire 4 days. We felt sorry for them. We're surprised they didn't quit.
They took down 7 trees for $3700. We were told the property would be returned to the way it was. We were left with ruts extremely deep that we can't mow. His trucks were stuck up to the axles. Other parts of yard were left with no grass where equipment was parked. The soil was compressed as hard as concrete. Multiple large branches were embedded into the yard. All huge trees were moved and left blocking our access to a big portion of our property. Many stumps were left with assurance they would grind them down.
On 6/20/24 Dave said he would be out to fix everything. He never did come back. We texted. We called. He completely ghosted us. When he did respond he had every excuse as to why he hasn't come back. Grinder broken. He's in NJ. Family issues.
We complained to BBB after so many excuses. He even ghosted them. Never responding back to them. Not a good thing to do.
We had to hire people to come cut up trees and move them, to do stump/root grinding, rebuild stone wall, pull up embedded branches, reseed, rake yard. Ruts remain to be filled. Additional cost to fix everything $4410.
