Bottom line, we would not be in our home today without Will's ability to speedily work through challenging issues that came up in our mortgage loan process. Joanna and Niomi also provided exceptional service with the extra details involved to all of our documents in order to finalize the loan. This is our second loan with Will at All Western in the past 4 years. He has been magnificent to deal with and he always returns calls and emails in a timely manner. I called him a couple of times when he was in meetings and he called me back quickly every time with detailed answers to my questions. Will is also very personable and cares a lot about providing a quality solution with great customer service. We were very pleased from the first call to the final signing of all the documents. Our loan officer was Mr. Jared Bouzek. He came to our home to begin the process and make sure we understood how it would work. He helped us with documentation and even called us while he was out of town to make sure everything was going ok. The closing was even at our home. We never had to go to their office, including the closing with Tood. But, it did not end there. He has continued to follow-up to be sure we were set up properly for our first payment and that we received our escrow back from our previous lender. We would highly recommend AIM.

We have a large portfolio of rentals, so we've done quite a few transactions over the years. My first transaction with Michael was fairly simple: selling an investment property. Very easy and professional. My second transaction was with a completely unreasonable buyer and agent. Michael remained calm and professional throughout the entire process, even with the exact opposite on the other side. Can't say enough good things about the process. I think Home Savings Realty is way ahead of the game in terms of where real estate is heading. They understand the world is changing and have a great business model for how real estate is done today - now that we have the internet. Strongly recommend and we'll be back!

I used to work with Jonathan and had worked with him to refinance a home I owned years ago and remembered the professionalism, the honesty, and the candidness of the transaction. His experience in mortgage lending truly makes him an asset to Megastar Financial. The Denver market is competitive. I worked with Jonathan to obtain pre-approval on a loan within my price range and to obtain a lender letter in order to ensure the seller knew I was qualified to buy the property, and to ensure the seller knew I was serious about buying the property. Once I found the home right for me, my real estate broker and I worked with Jonathan to make a competitive offer. During the close process, Jonathan helped me to lock into an insanely low interest rate (much better than I expected) for a 30 year fixed mortgage, and he worked on his end to communicate with my real estate agent, the underwriters, and the title company. I really appreciated Jonathan's advice, his frankness, and his continued communication and concern to ensure the whole process progressed as smooth as possible.
