Little did I know that right across the street from Walmart, exists exactly what I have been looking for (at least when it comes to haircuts) which is Premier Salon and Spa. Upon entering, I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Sierra, who was very kind, and most importantly, able to promptly deliver a quality hair cut!
