In my 46 years of life, and the many places I have lived, I have NEVER had a better experience at a…read moredoctor's office than I did today at Be Well Medical Center. It is, quite literally, the kind of place I have been looking for my whole life. Upon arrival, I was received pleasantly by the ladies in reception. My wait was short, and then Scott, who was just the most lovely human, triaged me and escorted me into a room where just moments later, my P.A. Lee came in and began talking to me about why I was there. I got introductions. I got time to explain my concerns and ask questions. I was listened to, and all my thoughts were validated and responded to. I felt like Lee and I were BOTH advocating for my wellness, as a team! My experiences at other doctor's offices in the past had always left me feeling rushed, unheard, and "quick fixed", which usually resulted in a prescription or two -- in and out -- despite my genuine desire to actually take an active role in my own wellness, including diet, exercise, supplements, hydration, etc. Not at Be Well! Here, Lee spent time with me, learned a little about who I am and how I view my wellness and my treatment, and worked with me inside those parameters. He was intelligent, laid back, easy to talk to, and professional. I felt this was the norm at this office and I feel reasonably sure that would be the case with any P.A. or doctor that works here. Lee approached the situation methodically, and we created a plan for testing and treatment. I left the room feeling confident that I was in good hands and that the plan would yield helpful information, as well as potential solutions. Check-out was as quick and easy as check-in was, and on my way out, I heard a voice call out to me, "Wait, don't leave yet! I turned to find Dr. Benson following me and offering a red carnation. "Happy Valentine's Day!" he said. Completely brightened my day and made me feel like more than just a patient. I cannot recommend Be Well Medical Center enough. I am so glad my cousin referred me. I am grateful to be under the care of people who actually care.

I went again but the receptionist said they no longer do any walk in testing and i would have to make an appointment and establish myself as a new patient in order to get even a point of care test. The health department can have a long wait time, but i feel much safer and more welcome there and it's affordable.

The doctor is typically unavailable most days during the week and I often would have to schedule appointments more than 2 weeks in advance, even for more serious issues. This office also does not file medical claims properly and in a timely fashion. Basically, if you want a second-rate doctor for a higher price, become a patient at this practice. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The first visit we went too we waited in a the waiting room for over 2 hours. No mind you I was with a 2 year old. The receptionist was dry and super sarcastic at that visit. I left not wanting to go back. I call today to try to schedule a visit for my sick child and before I could even finish the receptionist interrupted me and was nasty as ever saying the dr couldn't see her. First off it the answer was no that's fine with me but let me finish what I'm saying before you act like a total b****. Then after I finish speaking tell me no and give me other options. But no this lady did not do this and then breached HIPPA by calling my sister and telling her that she couldn't bring extra children to the appointment. Like chill lady I wasn't planning on ever coming back because of her. But to go and breach HIPPA WHEN I DIDNT GIVE MY SISTER INFO. Then their hours say 5:30 but they conveniently had their phones off at 4:30. absolutely the worst place to go. I thought drs were suppose to do no harm but apparently it's totally ok to be rude, Snarky, and sarcastic 24/7
