The lady in the shop spoke English well enough to help us choose: a few dark pieces filled with ganache, a mint, a coffee creme filling, and one with gianduja. It's going to break my heart if these aren't available in the US.
The owner says online that based on production times, each piece takes about 1 minute 20 seconds to create. And then you eat one in 20 seconds, while the flavors linger for a minute. And the memory of those flavors will linger even longer!!!
