it's a great store with people who have worked in it for years. I like that because it shows it's a…read moregood place and there's something family about it. They know their customers and remember what they use and need. Where can you find that today? They are top professionals who can advise on material, paper, canvas, etc. On top of that it's in a great location. Easy to find and access. I disagree that it's expensive. Boesner is more expensive on almost anything. I work on paper. The same paper at Boesner costs 17 Euros(!) more per roll. And if there are a few items may be more expensive, even though I haven't found them, I don't care. I want to support exactly shops like this. Local, personal, professional, stable.

The three steps is for the snippy, some what passive aggressive attitude by the staff (one lady there was quite nice though.) complaining that too much glazed had been gone unused and it was being wasted, no more than 2 oz combined were not used, which you more than made up for pricing a little tiny bowl at 11 euros plus. Plus, since we had come in on whim, we had take out coffee from Starbucks with us. They kept on trying to add coffee to our total bill, "you had drinks yes?" Instead of saying no outside drinks. It is nice that they do offer beverages, who would think a ceramics store would have that as a service. Overall, enjoyed it, just please get rid of the attitude.
