I talked to waiter and told him about the hair and he said he will bring us another plate. We were polite and didn't say it out loud. The second plate had a hair from the first bite. I was really disgusted and couldn't eat.. I told the waiter that 2 plates have hair. He didn't apologise at all and he said that it is blonde hair (I don't know if he meant that it is blonde hair so it is ok) any way it was black hair in both cases and beard hair even. They charged us for everything and said that next time will be for free (which I find not polite and inconvenience). I am really unsatisfied and won't go there any more and won't recommended AT ALL.
