The store manager personally showcased how impolite communication with a customer can be. Alienating a loyal patron for 12 years for a profit of € 3.50 - good job, thanks for nothing! The store generally doesn't offer refunds, just return for a voucher - unimaginable these days. Try Boesner or Malkasten instead! Kundendienst mangelhaft - Umtausch abgelehnt Am Rabatttag wurde mir die reguläre Rückgabe bzw. der teilweise Umtausch von originalverpackten Produkten (2 Tage zuvor gekauft!) abgelehnt, wobei die Kommunikation kaum unhöflicher hätte sein können. Rückgabe gibt es generell nur gegen Gutschein, heutzutage ein Unding. Für 3,50 € Gewinn einen Stammkunden seit 12 Jahren verprellt, danke für nichts. Nächstes Mal gleich zu Boesner oder Malkasten.

We visited this store yesterday and really liked it. The store isn't very large, but it has lots…read moreof attractive and clever items for the home; especially kitchen items. Everything is very colorful, too. What drew me into the store, however, is the selection of beautiful cards. The owner couple are incredibly sweet-natured and we had a delightful conversation with them.
