Between Media Markt (& its main competitor Teknosa)...its the equivalent to the Best Buy store in…read morethe United States. I have been in to the store a few times for items ranging from a wifi router, wifi router extenders & portable hard drives to bigger items such as LED TVs & scanner/printers. The customer service is really good. They have a HUGE selection of products (online as well). 2 things I find odd about purchasing big ticket (high end TVs etc.) in Turkey....1 I can't physically take it out of the store myself. I had to pay and then take my receipt to the back door to get a security check on the item before it was released to me....& 2 I purchased a Samsung LED TV & even though I took it home myself, I could not open the box. This is due to the strict Samsung warranty. This is good , but I am a grownup & I can handle it myself. :) The Samsung crew that came the next day were very professional & set up my TV with no issues. I was happy with my trip to MM & my various purchases.
