My experience with Jeremy Parham started off great - he was very engaged, professional, appeared…read morevery knowledgeable, and had handled similar situations previously. He was on Edmondson Pke at that time. Once his retainer was paid and the process began, it all went left very quickly. Because I was already committed to the process and to him as my attorney, and because I had limited funds, I stuck it out. I found myself doing work HE should have been doing (getting the defendant served out of state). His process was taking literally weeks and not happening. After my frustration kicked in, I found a provider AND had the document served out of state in 36 hours. Jeremy Parham is rarely, if ever, able to communicate. My case was decided in May 2018. Circumstances warranted us to communicate in Nov 2918. I have currently been trying to reach him since Nov 2018 - this is March 2019 without success. I'm baffled as to why he has not responded to an insane amount of calls to his office, calls to his mobile, texts, and emails of a client who PAID for service. Jeremy Parham was late to a court appearance, which resulted in my case being pushed back to the very last case heard - hours after court began. He appears unprepared and un-involved. My case was unsuccessful. Going in, I knew it was 50/50 (very unique situation); Jeremy gave me tremendous confidence in his abilities and my situation. Then, he virtually disappeared. He responded on a few occasions that he had personal issues going on and would get back to me later. ? I explained to him going in that my experiences with attorneys had been poor and I needed an attorney to actually work for me like I paid him/her to do. He agreed that I'd receive billing statements showing how my retainer was being utilized (I haven't seen one) and that he is very responsive, usually same day (that didn't happen) and we'd basically breeze through this in four to six weeks (it took 7 months - and he did as little as possible). Use extreme caution with Jeremy Parham. If need an attorney, you're already going through something - you need a legal guru who is truly involved and remembers you are the client. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service or respect.
