These guys must have some kinda wackadoo computer program that scans every 5 seconds to see if they can save me some cash and get me MORE coverage for the same money because if a couple of months go by and I haven't gotten an email from Greg saying "Hey, you wanna save another $5.00?" then I figure my email is broken. This guy is on top of things! Really, I wouldn't think insurance stuff changed much ever but this guy has it down to an art form or something. After moving my policies here I'm now paying less every month for more coverage than I had when I started and every few months it keeps getting better. If your current agent steps out of line even one time give this guy a try. I mean it, one burp without an "Excuse me" and you should move to this agent. You'll never go back!

If you intend on visiting any other business in this plaza she has your car towed. She don't care if you are visiting neighboring Business then hers she still has it towed. I feel like she believes all surrounding businesses should fail and everyone in the parking lot should be at her place getting a quote. Could you imagine parking at a plaza then shopping the shops then have your car towed because it's in a wrong spot...all the while this lady moves the parking signs around so she can have your vehicle towed. There's recordings on pics on google/fb. I wouldn't recommend this place, I'd recommend any and all other standard or independent agents.

I was told that because I canceled I am no longer their customer and when I said I am their customer until I got my money, it was reiterated that I am not their customer. All I was requesting was the last four of the credit card that a supposed refund was issued to so I could track it down because they also sent nothing in writing when I canceled. I have been literally INSULTED the phone, berated and argued with for simply asking these people to do their job. I, unfortunately, do not work their and can't come get the information from their system myself, so I have to get a judge to force these people to simply do their job. Also, when I got new insurance, I was informed that these people had my condominium policy set up with $3600... YOU READ RIGHT... thirty six HUNDRED. Three , comma, zero, zero. The new company was apologizing and ashamed for these people. Just go on down to the next agent on Google. Don't do this. Save yourself...‼‼‼
