Everything is cooked fresh, just as it says on the menu hanging behind their table. They are located just inside the entrance to the food and goods Albert Cuyp Market. The 2 guys working are very nice and get the food served up as soon as it was ready. The falafel in a very thin pressed wrap came up very quickly. My order of spicy chicken in a pressed wrap took about 5 minutes to prepare. It was so flavorful and a good medium spice. This was my first time at their booth and next time I would let them make it a bit spicier. They sell some can sodas and their food is pretty much a takeaway style as it is served farmers market style. 1 small table in front of their booth. Great food and very reasonably priced. read more
