A company that I am a 50/50 partner in purchased a home using this company June 2021. They had a copy of the mortgage showing that I am a 50/50 partner, they issued a title policy that states I am a 50/50 partner in the company. I found out that in May of 2022 they notarized a deed allowing my partner to change the property out of the business name into his personal name without my consent. When I contacted them regarding this they just played like they didn't know I was a 50/50 partner in the company , even though they handled our closing and all the documents less than a year prior. Very shady business practice for a Title company. Do NOT use these people if you want to keep rights to a property you purchased!!!!

Lauren is not helpful. Not only did she not submit my paperwork properly(causing policy to not be…read morerenewed), she completely misplaced it. Still, to this day, all of my files have disappeared. She has cost me so much time and money that I'm beyond mad. All I can do is warn others to be carefull with this woman.
