They want dues from everyone so now they say they have a contract with Rumpke. They said if you don't pay their dues your Rumpke bill will go up. The dues are "voluntary". So now our voluntary dues are tied to our Rumpke bill. A lot of people feel like we are being extorted. Does Rumpke do this alot? I will be sending copies of the notice to the local news stations. We are now going to start looking for a different garbage service. Raising prices because an association says so it not a good look. Sorry this is so long

Instead of handling the situation safely, he escalated it--getting out of his vehicle, using profanity, and calling her a "stupid bitch," along with other inappropriate remarks. This was not only unprofessional but intimidating and unsafe. After multiple attempts to contact the company, we finally spoke to someone, and they acted like it was no big deal. That lack of concern is just as alarming as the driver's behavior. If this is how issues are handled, I would not trust this company or its drivers.
