Ken Darmstadt is pretty sleazy and way overcharges...we had a minor issue with our garage door that took him 30 minutes to fix (at most). He made up all sorts of charges, including a "vehicle charge", even though he didn't use anything off of his truck. Charged us over $300 and said that was his minimum fee for just showing up.
