The shop is on two…read morelevels, magazine,school books stationary down stairs. vidios,books and dvds upstairs. the shop is very narrow and not at all pushchair or child friendly i dread to think what it would be like for a disabled person trying to get into the shop let alone around the shop as the doors are really really heavy and make it hard work getting into the shop. there are very minimal staff in the store, its not very organized ,not very well stocked and the staff that are there arent very helpful either. I think there prices are just ridiculous compared to many other shops selling exactly the same items. all in all poor service from what should be a very good shop!

Unless you want to buy the same old Dan Brown/Twilight/new celebrity biography stuff you'll unfortunately be out of luck. The staff at least try and be helpful. Round the back there are two staff members, and in my opinion it is hard not to stare at them both: one of them has natural bright copper hair that would look lovely if she grew it; the other one is a young girl whose uniform blouse seems to always be a couple of sizes too small. So yeh, Worksop WHSmith: the staff are better to look at than the books.

You can always find what you want as the range is very extensive. The sweets and drinks are slightly higher then your average price though, although they do tend to have special offers such as 4 bars for a £1. It can get quite busy in here on market days and the space is quite tight to move, but the staff are friendly and helpful and service is usually quite swift.
