My youngest dog is very nervous around people, so I know that he wouldn't be friendly at all if he didn't have a good time there and he always goes right up to the people at the front when we come in. I have no hesitation about bringing my boys here. I also know that they actually do vet checks for vaccines because my vet missed one of my older dog's vaccines that he had from before and Pawz called me about it. I'm like OK well all these dogs are running around and my dog is gonna get infested horrible place don't take your animal there don't deal with the old witch at the counter. She just does whatever she wants and guess what she needs to be shut down. She is in trouble with the organ health authority as I speak when you pick up a pet and it's bleeding all over. There's something wrong with that. I've had this dog for 14 years. Never had a problem have the same care person that took care of it until I went to this place. It's absolutely disgusting They can sell all the shit they want, but they're not gonna hurt my pet anymore I'm done with them. I thought I was gonna renew and let them take care of my pet but then when I look back at it, my daughter's like mom don't ever take your dog back down there and that's when I went down there and I stood outside and I looked inside and saw what was going on. She has great communication via email and text, and we were able to set up a doggy daycare for 1 day before we boarded him. The meet and greet went smoothly. We saw her house and met the other dogs. Ozzy got along with all of them! After the trial run daycare, we boarded him and came back to an excellent report on his time staying there. He was such a good boy and we can tell he didn't want to leave because he was wanting to go back inside the house where his friends were, hah! We received photos and videos when we were away. Ozzy was definitely enjoying the couch with the other dogs. This whole experience reinforces the reason why we choose this in-home service instead of a kennel.
