A family with a toddler was heading towards the pool area and the dog ran over and started barking scaring the toddler causing the toddler to cry out loudly. My boyfriend called STC Private Security Services and literally after one minute and 7 seconds, the operator said they already sent someone to take care of it and clicked on him. Clearly nothing was done. The dog was still unleashed and barking. They stayed there until approximately 9:30pm. This is a nonpet-friendly apartment complex and with an unleashed dog who is not friendly is unacceptable. By California law, it is illegal to smoke weed and have an unleashed dog in the pool area. Whoever came to take care of this matter did not do their job properly and it is irresponsible on the dispatcher's security patrol part for not keeping this complex safe for the residents.
