I was super excited to try their Cherry Cheesecake flavor & ordered the biggest size, anticipating that it would last me a few hours. Service was quick & we left. I popped my straw in, took a sip and immediately GRIMACED. THIS WAS THE WORST SMOOTHIE I'VE EVER HAD! My kids make better smoothies with random shit out of the fridge! Gave it to my roomie to polish off & starved. Never again, -10/10 stars!

Puttin' Smoothie King to shame since 2001…read more Of all the things I miss about Lafayette, Louisiana, the thing I miss most is the weekly protein shake I would get at Planet Nutrition. Every Saturday, I'd pull up to the drive-through, hand over my punch card (11th shake free!), and order the large chocolate peanut butter shake. The price was a little over $5 at the time. It tasted like a Reese's Cup. In less than two minutes, I'd have the shake in hand, ready to conquer the day! Don't be intimidated or discouraged by the body-builder employees or patrons. I started going to Planet Nutrition because I was an emaciated high school cross-country runner. The owner made me a complimentary blueberry cheesecake shake, and gave me a thorough nutrition consultation to help me gain some lean weight. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and efficient at making shakes. To compare, I tried a shake at Captain Nutrition down the road, but it just wasn't as awesome. Fortunately for those of you in Laffy Taffy, now there is a Planet Nutrition website, which lists the dozens of smoothie flavors and nutritional values (perfect for all you body-builders getting ready for competition)! And apparently they've opened two more stores - an additional one in Lafayette, and another in Lake Charles. Next time I'm in town, I will be reuniting with a large chocolate peanut butter shake.

She claims that she is on no medications except for the herbal remedies that she endorses in her store. They have a full line of products from Nature's Sunshine LLC. based out of Utah. I was looking all around Houma for some echinacea, and this was the only place around that carried it. I was surprised to find out that there was a stronger product that the owner turned me on to today that has both echinacea and golden seal. The only drawback that I found from this place was that the parking is so limited, and the sign that is traditionally next to the road has been taken down for repair. So, to find this place you have to look for the State Farm Insurance building which shares the same office space. I will definitely be going back to this place if I am ever in the need of that to remedies, and I find myself in Houma Louisiana
