We were home on the delivery date, no one attempted delivery, nothing was left with neighbours, and no delivery card or note was provided. We have checked the tracking number ourselves and it shows the item has still not been delivered -- now over 6 weeks later. Despite this, the company has refused to refund or replace the item and is instead delaying by saying they need to "check with the post office." This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase missing parcels or wait indefinitely when a product they paid for never arrived. Due to the lack of resolution, we will now be raising this with our bank. Communication throughout has been extremely poor, slow, dismissive and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering dealing with this company to think twice.
