Because they wanted our experience to be a good one, Boo and I met his dog groomer, Brianna, & I was given a choice of whether Boo would leave with a bow tie (cute!) or a bandana (adorable!), or a choice of which of 4 colognes I'd prefer for Boo (if any). The woman at the front took thorough notes on what Boo was like, offered a nail clipping and filing!!!, tooth brushing, and anal gland expression (we passed on this). Best of all, they listened to me when I said that Boo is new to town and blind, and we'd prefer if he could go through the process quickly. Two hours later, he was done! When we checked out, the woman at the front asked if there was anything else they could do for us! Wow! I've never felt so heard, and best of all, Boo came back home not only looking amazing & adorable in his new bandana but he was happy! He's never happy after grooming, & it showed me that he had as amazing an experience as I did! The Paw Spa is amazing & I highly, highly recommend it to anyone who loves their dog & wants a wonderful experience!

A small dog was barking on a table where they had left him tied. My own dog immediately peed once they let her out. She doesn't do that at other places so I wondered how long she had been caged.

I asked how the dogs did, and the owner shrugged and said they wouldn't come out of their crates to potty outside. At no time had anyone contacted me to say the dogs were not doing well. My dogs were covered in dried, matted feces when I brought them home. Their carriers were also filled with feces and needed to be hosed down. One dog rubbed a raw spot on the top of her snout. I've boarded them before at a different kennel and the staff there did a wonderful job so I knew my dogs could board ok. They both came down with diarrhea the week after I picked them up and were very lethargic. Thankfully they recovered ok. I am never using this business again.
