Saw the beef patties being flattened from a ball of mince each on the grill so at least it wasn't pre- made slivers with peel away paper. My fish was so-so, I don't think it's beer batter just maybe stock standard flour, egg and water. Chips were a bit underdone and definitely not crispy outside fluffy inside.
