Some internal company drama and a failed business merge caused some serious miscommunication and neglect within the Community Phonebook sales team. After spending over $1000 to list my business in the trusted yellow and white pages used by most residents of the North Shore, I have received nothing but confusing calls and visits from multiple sales people, unfruitful promises to correct their mistakes, and immature begging for unreasonable fees. My small business has been proudly providing my community with quality service and sponsorship for over 10 years, and this is the first year we will not be listed in the phone book. It is as if we have inexplicably disappeared, allowing our competitors a free share of our customer base. We have been relying on Community Phonebook to help us reach our customers, and this failure to deliver is extremely hurtful and disruptive to sales. I am extremely disappointed in the chaotic disorganization of this year's Community Phonebook, and have received no compensation for the error as of yet. I would hope that they will correct their mistake next year by providing customers that have had similar experiences with free listings and free advertising.
