We were nearby and just thought we would check to see. In the end, they did not have the item, but we continued to browse through the store. Good thing that we did. We ended up finding some good buys here and ended up purchasing a few items. When we got to the register there was a bit of a hiccup. The employee working at the register didn't want to believe us when we told them that the price that rang up was not the one posted for the item where it was located. He wanted to argue and possibly thought that we were haggling. But when we pointed out to him the price on the rack, which was in eyeshot of the register he became a bit defeated. Not our fault that the pricing tags are not correct or changed to reflect the correct information.

We were told there may be a $20 to 25 restocking fee at that time. A check was mailed to us 30 days after returning the uniforms! They charged us $94 restocking/handling fee for a $349 order!! I complained to Jims Sports Center to no avail, they claimed this was their standard return costs. I guess the verbal quote/ promise meant nothing to them, so take that for what its worth...nothing!

Yes, customers do ask silly questions from time to time. And yes, customers can be a pain to deal with. But the staff, specifically the big guy, would do better to understand that if a customer is in the store or on the phone it means they would like to do business with your store. Treat them with respect and they will come back. The staff needs to grow up and learn how important customers are to sales. If not, management needs to find other employees who get the picture.
