She not only helped us sell the house in record time, she made sure we felt comfortable through the entire process, as it was our first time selling and it all felt so new and confusing. She gave great advice and connected us with the best people in the business (Deni for staging, etc). She's extremely knowledgeable about the area and about how everything works, and was able to break everything down for us as offers came in so that we could make the best decision possible. We are looking forward to writing another review for her as our buyer's agent when we eventually are ready to buy our next home.

If you are feeling this way, I implore you to pick up the phone or click on the connect link and reach out to Liz. After our very first call with Liz, my husband and I were relieved to know that our search had come to an end. We were greeted with such warmth, charisma, knowledge, professionalism, and most importantly confidence. After our call - we knew we had the right person by our side to navigate us through this market + get us to the finish line. Throughout our home buying journey Liz assisted us with: - Curating a refined MLS portal that my husband and I could easily interface with on a day-to-day basis to stay on top of the market + new listings. - Connecting us to the best network of professionals to assist with all of our home buying needs, ie. (mortgage brokers, inspectors, title companies, insurance professionals, etc.) the list goes on... - Getting us in to see homes as quickly as possible and almost always before they hit the open house market. - Providing her expertise during walk throughs/site visits and engaging us while educating us on what to look out for. - Brainstorming creative angles to work up the perfect offer and set us apart + ahead of other buyers flooding the market. - Keeping us on task, focused, informed of upcoming deadlines and always one step ahead of the game so that we never felt overwhelmed by the process. In just 2 short months we found our c.1700s dream Pennsylvania Stone Farmhouse + the rest is history. Without Liz, her team, and network of talented and dedicated professionals working around the clock; this would never have been possible. We were lucky to have crossed paths + have gained not only a lifelong realtor but also a friend in the process. Don't second guess this decision - you owe yourself the opportunity of a great home buying experience with someone by your side that you can truly trust, that advocates for you WITH or WITHOUT you in the room, and that truly cares. A big shoutout/thank you to Liz and her team!

She's who you want on your team when you're figuring out what you need and how to get it in a market that's constantly changing. And she's not just great at understanding what buyers/sellers are thinking - she gave us detailed information about construction, helped us think through layouts, and just generally provided a deeper level of knowledge than other realtors we met. She was especially great at breaking down the differences between buying in the city vs suburbs and understanding the Mt Airy/Germantown area! Even better, she was a constant cheerleader for us! We knew Liz would tell us the truth about our expectations or focus on our needs rather than just closing on a property - she was excited for us and truly wanted to help us find a home we'd love.
