We were incredibly fortunate to work with Realtor Stephanie Holly. Stephanie was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and available! She was our eyes and ears on the ground, and treated our purchase as though it were equally important to her as it was to us. Stephanie kept us in the loop from many miles away. She made herself available for last minute showings, (always including us on Zoom). She communicated with vendors on our behalf, and researched issues that were specific to our situation. We felt as though were were in good hands throughout the entire home buying process. I would recommend working with Stephanie Holly again and again!

Maybe there is a time limit for these reviews. The sale of out house, which was turn key ready and took no effort to sell went pretty well. However, we did ask the agent, Ann, to negotiate 60 to 90 days occupancy after closing as we knew to find the right home would be difficult. Ann presented us with a very attractive offer but with only a 30 days occupancy. When asked if she asked if she negotiated for more time she told us that's the best she can do. We found out AFTER we were forced to buy a home we didn't really want because renting was not the way we would go, The purchaser and buyer agent of our sold house both said they were never asked if they would go 60-90 days after close. In fact, the buyer had a home sold in Howell and were in it for as long as they wanted because the buyer of their home wouldn't be moved back from California for many months. Thanks Ann. The end result of this is we sold the home we bought and right at peak prices however weren't able to find a replacement (the buyer gave us 90 days). So, here we are in a trailer park having paid 6 months rent up front. We just now in December have found the right home after using only 2 months of the prepaid amount. I guess we'll use two months working on our new home and deal with it. If Ann would have gotten us the 60-90 days occupancy none of this would have happened. I have limited mobility as I have a disease that is taking my motor skills and ability to function normally away. Being a senior citizen should be respected. Ann should be ashamed. One sentence would have greatly made our life a whole lot easier. "Oh, by the way, the seller needs 60-90 days occupancy". That doesn't seem like too much to ask. Thank you Eric and Ann. An apology would help our healing. You don't know the costs involved. Amazing. Please read Matthew 7:12. Happy Holidays.

She's a native of this area, so she knows the ins and outs of neighborhoods - knowledge we found critical in choosing our home, as we had specific desires. We were also looking for a very particular type of house, as I have physical disabilities. Adriane was fantastic at narrowing the field so we never looked at a property that wasn't accessible to my needs. She also kept well within our price range, unlike some realtors that push the limit - and she even recommended we stick with the house we liked most, despite it being $15k less! This was the first time we've ever bought a house, and Adriane never got tired of answering our questions or helping guide us through all the steps, including making sure we understood everything that needed signing. Every step of the way, Adriane was there for us. She's respectful, funny, knowledgeable, and kind. I will wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend her to everyone moving to the area!
