If I could could give this agency 0 stars I would. I recently had the unfortunate experience of…read moredealing with The Ron Steffens Homeowners Insurance Agency, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, it was evident that this agency lacked the professionalism and competence one would expect from a reputable insurance provider. One of their agents made a grave mistake to my policy and rather than being professional and helpful instead I ended up arguing with them for almost two years to get this resolved. I have been in the customer service industry for 8+ years and I would never think to treat my clients the way this agency treated me. Overall, my experience with The Ron Steffens Homeowners Insurance Agency has been nothing short of a disaster. Their poor customer service, and lack of transparency have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone in need of homeowners insurance to steer clear of this agency. There are undoubtedly better options available that will provide the protection and support you deserve. STAY AWAY.

Everyone who knows me, knows I'm a stickler for customer service, and I am somewhat critical and…read moreexpect great customer service when I'm spending my hard earned money. Maybe I can even be annoying about it. Well, for something that is so impersonal as insurance, it's easy to shop around and look for the best rate with the best coverage, but you often overlook the customer service aspect because it really doesn't mean anything until you are in a pinch and need something from the insurance agency. That being said, I recently met the owner of my AAA insurance agency, AAA The Ron Steffens Agency, and it really made me happy to see what a great guy he is and what great people work with him. My agent, Paul Casey, goes above and beyond. When I was looking for a new car I kept emailing him different cars and information to price out what the insurance would be, and he responded SO FAST! I recently just emailed him asking for my proof of insurance and he had it back to me within 4 minutes, literally. I am sure there are other great insurance agents out there, but I had to do a shout out to mine, because it's so hard to find these days. Call him for a quote.
