I am desperately trying to find my "home" church. I was drawn to CCC after attending their fall festival a year ago. My family had a wonderful time and our interactions with church members was kind, polite and welcoming. Today we were greeted with the same genoristy. We parked in the guest parking spot which is right at the main entrance. We were immediately welcomed, with open arms, and guided to the welcome desk. I can't begin to put onto words how welcomed we felt. The kindness, hospitality and eagerness to make us feel comfortable was unbelievable. Our kiddos transitioned nicely into their respective classrooms. The rooms are nicely organized and spacious. We also appreciated the diligence in adhering to our youngest sons food allergies. The music during the service was moving. The service itself answered so many personal questions I had about trying this new church. The service was about 90+ minutes long. From what I gathered from the bulletin there are small groups, prayer nights and plenty of activities for children. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

I told him I attended STS RNI and wanted to visit Joy of All Who Sorrow since I've passed by so many times, and he encouraged me to come to a weekday liturgy. He, of course, wanted me to go to confession the night before or morning of before receiving the Eucharist, which I didn't mind. The liturgy was held in both Church Slavonic and English, and it was beautiful. Fr Eugene and Sub Deacon Satirios lent me their time for a nice conversation after the liturgy, and welcomed me to take a bottle of Holy Water home, and the Presbytera told me I was welcome anytime :) Whether you're an inquirer of the faith, or a baptized Orthodox Christian, this church will make you feel at home

It is located at 225, Curie Dr, Alpharetta, GA 30005 and it is at the center of John Creek, Alpharetta, Cumming, Milton and Suwanee. It is a Panchayatana Devalayam. Sri Rama sahita Sri Satya Narayana Swamy is the main God at the temple. Other idols like Lord Venkateswara, Lord Siva, Lord Ganesh, Lord Surya Narayana Murthy, Lord Pandu Ranga, Durga Ammavaru and Lord Ayyappa also will have their own temples in the main temple in near future. Temple started on auspicious day of Jyeshta Bahula Ekadasi, June 22nd, 2014. Vigraha pratishtapana of the main idols was performed on June 29th, 2014. One of the major mission of the Temple is to help local community by their volunteers participating in various charitable events and community related work. Most importantly their mission is each individual upon leaving the temple, must be blessed and must leave at high level of God Consciousness than the level he or she arrived with.
