He was absent minded, and exceptionally careless. Mr. Furst overlooked crucial information on my real estate transaction. I was task with policing every move he made as well as having to deal directly with the seller's attorney. I did not cancel the relationship because I had less than a month to close on the property. Hiring Mr. Furst cost me thousands of dollars because he failed to ask pertinent question, inquire on matters at hand, or acquire the proper paper work. I am dealing at the moment with possibly losing my house. Honestly, he is a nice guy, but look for your real estate dealings elsewhere.
