If I could give them 0 stars I would! This "Law firm" has completely dropped the ball on my son's case. To say I am upset and disappointed would be an understatement. When we first met with them in August 2021, they assured us that they could take on my son's personal injury case. Here we are in May 2022 and I have not heard from these People with an update or anything in MONTHS. I call and I get the run around, no retuned calls, etc. They have YET to provide any type of documentation that they have done their job. I had a traffic collision in October 2012 that two other firms were unable to resolve. Silvio Natale was recommended by a friend and did a masterful job in getting Liberty Mutual Insurance Company to arbitration, a process they tried to avoid for 6 years ! And they were MY insurance company at the time of the accident ! Silvio did a great job and won an arbitration for almost the entire amount of my policy's uninsured motorist's coverage. First things first they are the biggest liars and they put up the biggest front. They lack all types of professionalism. For example: they sent an attorney to my deposition and he managed to be over 40 mins LATE. How are you representing someone else and you are 40 mins Late. I had an accident when I was 21 years old. I was in college. I had recently moved from San Diego to LA after completing my freshman year at SDSU. I was working two jobs to help my parents and get my bills covered. When I had this accident my life had a 180 degree turn, it resulted in a broken hand, total lost car, I had to let go one of my jobs due to the broken hand, I stopped school for one semester. Right after the accident I contacted other lawyer to help me with the accident and they took my case but never replied back and they left me with the broken hand with any medical assistance whatsoever. My car was totaled in a major accident on Dec. 8, 2014 as I was on my way to physical therapy after leaving work in Beverly Hills.Traffic was heavy, but I always drive very carefully being that this is LA. This obviously reckless and distracted woman in a red 2014 Lexus made a dangerous left turn right in front of me as I was headed west down Olympic Blvd. I didn't even have time to honk my horn. It was obvious that it was her fault as she didn't even bother to look to see if oncoming traffic might hit her as she made that dangerous left turn in rush hour traffic. I was hurt pretty bad and my neck, triceps and thighs still bother me because of tightness and spasms. The LAPD determined it was that woman's fault because I had the right of way going straight down Olympic and she was making a fast left turn onto some small street off of Olympic. The woman's insurance co. began screwing with me right away, offering what I felt was less than what my car was worth. I also lost time from work, which I wasn't compensated for. Dan Nelson and Silvio Natale, the partners at the law firm have extensive litigation experience and they have helped me get appointments with an ortho surgeon. They have been incredibly helpful and have great empathy for me. In 2008 a family member had need to find a trial attorney in the Los Angeles area. I called the LA County Bar Assn., among a handful of other names was Nelson and Natale, LLP. They were able to see me within afew days of my initial phone call. The suit that we filed was a slip and fall personal injury case, involving my then 98 year old grandmother. Throughout the case both Mr. Nelson and Mr Natale were professional and reassuring & confident. The office staff was helpful and supportive as well.
