Needed to update my original Trust that I had Reynolds Law complete. Basically delete one name and…read moreadd another. Had review meeting 7/12/21 for one hour to plan update. Had not heard from the office and wanted to check on the status so called on 11/10/21 (4 months) to follow up. I was then able to get an appointment to finalize and sign updated Trust on 11/18/21. Got the bill and noticed I was billed for 1/2 hour for making the follow up call to check status. I did voice my displeasure with that and it was eventually removed. Paid my bill 5 days after receiving in the mail 12/15/21. Now just need to sit back and wait for my update copies. I was told I would get one copy for me, one for Executor, and a flash drive. I waited until 4/5/22 after still no communication from law office and went to office to follow up. Fortunately I think I was lucky enough to find the one person who actually cared and could help me. She printed out a completed copy on the spot and gave to me. Apparently the original was already complete and stored in their safe (so not sure why I wouldn't have gotten my copies). I asked to be given original also and was able to pick that up a couple days later as I have absolutely no confidence this law firm could complete anything in a timely manner. Almost 9 months start to finish. And pretty sure I'll never get the other copy or flash drive. I did not post the attorney name but if you read previous reviews you can figure it out. Update: 4/30/22 received copies of trust and flash drive in mail. Much appreciated.

Since…read moremy mother's death, matters with siblings have become adversarial due to the great deal of money Involved, and personal dynamics. Because of this, I've needed to find a very adept attorney to represent my interests as a trustee/beneficiary with An executor who refuses to provide me nothing in the way of accounting, etc. I was referred to Mr. David Knitter by a great attorney who practiced further away, to possibly intervene if my interests. I called his office immediately explained the situation and afterwards the assistant answering the phone was so curt, telling me I couldn't even speak with Mr. Knitter unless I paid him $600 upfront without knowing if I even like him or vice versa. I would then be $600 an hour after that and she would have to speak with Knitter first and call me right back. She didn't and I had to leave, so I called back only to be rebuffed this time by saying that Mr. Knitter was in depositions (?) and would call tomorrow. i never again heard from that same person or anyone in the office, so right off the bat this law office lied for whatever reason, and then didn't have enough class to just call and let me know that they didn't want to take the case. i would think that any firm that wants to maintain a good reputation in this area of the law, would have more empathy and sensitivity with every client.
