I'm not very into yoga but after my friends experience she has been pushing me to go ,and try out the classes. So what I did was I schedule in my classes through their online website if you are a new student they have a promo going on for $33.00-3 classes, and prices go up until unlimited till I believe around $88.00 ,but if you're interested on trying it out for the first time it's $25.00. This magic beauty place is located in MIDTOWN. So going forward with my experience it was amazing !! I went with my close friend to receive my first class, and we were both nervous due to the fact of never doing yoga because we normally do Zumba ,and Gym. We were running late how it was our first time it took time to find parking so we ended parking in the side of the street ( pay by phone guys ) we contacted the instructor for the class she answered the phone thankful ,and was expecting to see us! Ever since we walked in they were in the middle of the class we arrived 10 mins late and we got the warm welcome. Everyone there is super welcome, and ready to teach other the new moves ,and bring in motivation. They have cute small activities in order to meet your mates in the room. It's more like a private sesh which is normally what people look for. This place is beautiful, very clean,and well organized. ( meaning by this: at the end of the work out you put away your materials, wipe down your mat with the clothes ,and alcohol - aromatherapy spray ). What I loved the most is the ending which I won't get into because it's a surprise but recommend you to try it out. The classes are an hour long check out there webpage for timing! The best ,and funniest instructor out there is HEIDY TOLEDO. Can't wait to keep taking classes with you - become an expert !! Thank you again for making me feel welcome in your class.

The studio is adorable; just a simple room decorated mindfully with meditative sconces. The owner was there and so warm/welcoming. I took a Mindful Flow with Laura who was so serene and incorporated a lot of breathing techniques. I'm sure this will be a grateful addition to Midtown.
