We purchased a home in Saratoga Springs. After escrow closed we found out the HOA was preparing to place a lien on the home for unpaid dues from the previous owner. Monument failed to acquire documentation that all such obligations were satisfied at close of escrow. The Cottages at Fox Hollow HOA has aggressively been trying to collect from us knowing we did not owe any of it. Monument should have resolved the matter and has failed to do so. STAY CLEAR OF MONUMENT TITLE. The are incompetent and unreliable.
