I recently received an additional bill for an extra $270.00, one of the charges on the bill was $25.00 for 2 questions a 2 minute phone conversation with the office staff.. Today I called the office to pay the $270.00 and was questioning the additional fees, the office staff tells me I have an additional bill for $270.00.. I was pretty upset to find out what I thought I would be paying 270.00, is now $540.00 while expressing my concern to the office staff for a few minutes.Her office staff was very rude and very unprofessional, especially when the office staff hung up during our conversation.
