Traveling in Canada for a day, we found the best place to stop for lunch…read more Ellie our server was top notch, friendly and very knowledgeable. The outdoor seating was beautiful and relaxing. Even before the gray cat Pinot greeted us. Chickens and goats played on the back area and vines and flowers surrounded us. The wood fired Muscedere wood fire pizza was a perfect pairing with the wine we had. Thank you Ellie!

Visiting from the United States, I wanted to check out this winery with my Girlfriend. When I got…read morethere I needed to use the restroom and was directed to the one behind the bar by the young guy working inside. It was being used so I was waiting outside the restroom for my turn when suddenly a man rounds the corner in an aggressive tone telling me "why are you back here? What are you doing?" I reply, "I'm just waiting for the restroom. I was told to use this one". He raises his voice and proceeds to aggressively shoo me outside. During this I also had an empty redbull can in my hand I was trying to dispose of and he said " why do you have this? You can't have this here, this isn't allowed" I replied "yes I'm aware, I'm looking for a garbage can" all the while his voice just kept getting raised more and more causing a scene when this could have easily been avoided with a much more professional approach. The winery itself is nice, no issues there, but this guy was just a colossal douche. I don't know what was wrong with him but he's lucky I was here with people and didn't want to cause a scene. Visit at your own risk.

We've been here a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. I prefer to go in the…read morewinter because the indoor dining is so delightful. We went last winter and the roasted carrot soup was so good I wanted to drive back across the border just for that! We went yesterday and the soup was a sweet potato soup and it was superb. Brooke has been our server a couple of times now and she's so sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. The indoor dining is so nice with the high ceilings, wood beams, the fireplace, and the festive chair covers. If you haven't been, I highly recommend going. Make sure you get the mulled Wowza wine with your soup, it's wonderful!

Very nice ambiance and lovely service! Our server was so kind and attentive to our questions. If…read moreyou are doing a 2-night stay at Lungovita you can get a wine tasting which we got. My friends and I preferred the white wine over the red. We started with the focaccia bread which was okay especially since it is gluten free. We shared duck wings which falls off the bone and the sauce is yummy. As other reviewers mentioned the charcuterie is not worth it so we go the cheese board and it did not disappoint! Loved everything except for the beer mustard which was very pungent unless you are into that. My friend ordered the Barn Burger which she said was good. The desserts for the day was Chocolate Crème Brûlée and Sticky Toffee pudding which were made in house. Both were delicious but the Sticky Toffee pudding was to die for!!!
