The two golf courses are named the Oaks and the Azaleas. I played both tracks last week and enjoyed both layouts. The Azaleas course was better maintained and a tougher challenge. The biggest difference is the Azaleas course had much more challenging greens. The Azaleas greens were larger, had more exaggerated contours, and rolled much faster. Stopping a downhill putt was difficult. The courses are four star in my opinion, but my biggest criticism was the overall customer service. Some simple changes to staff training and how they treat customers would make it closer to a resort experience. Being more friendly and welcoming at check-in would be an improvement. On the first day we had a tee time for 1:00. We were ready 40 minutes before our tee time and asked if we could go off early. The course was absolutely empty. Our 1:00 was apparently the "twilight" rate and they said if we want to go early we would have to pay more. In my humble opinion they should have let us go. Next, we didn't finish the last twos hole because of a torrential downpour. The next morning we asked the starter if we could finish those two holes. This was a Wednesday and Thursday and they were not busy at all. The starter gave us a hard "no" without any consideration. read more

The courses and the golf was fantastic!! We stayed at the Club House. The staff seemed "put out" with our presence. Everyone seemed to be miserable, and were passive aggressive and some were openly rude! If the Courses hadn't been so beautiful this would have been a total disaster. Management has done a terrible job training the employees!! This place has so much potential. It's sad! read more

Played the Oaks yesterday. Never saw the course in worse shape. Fairways burned up and greens are patchy with many bare spots. Customer service is terrible and the staff appears like they don't want to be there and don't want you there either. read more

Tried to pay our group of 20 green fees on a Sunday after playing the two prior days. Poor girl behind the counter couldn't take our payments because her boss hadn't come in yet. We left and won't be back. And collectively we dropped several k at the casinos. Great courses run pitifully. read more

Normally I don't have a bad experience, But the day before yesterday I went to dance rabbit golf club the staff that works there made me feel like I was a unwanted black, money not good enough to play here!!!! You did something you copy this voucher, even though a staff signed the back in ink, with a statement saying what was what. Sunnie took it personally to no do it, pick up the phone and called someone, after standing there watching his body Body language, he said oh you sure, then he said OK bye then he turned around and said I'm not going to do it, it's a copy and pick up the phone And called somebody else after wait on that call it seems like they told him to honor it, he hang up the phone and said this ant the way we do it, it's a copy he could have maked it anywhere! I said the copy was maked in this office on the day that's on the back with the signature! I don't know any of your employees by name to write like they do, you know who works here. He said well they should have done it. Mind you the whole time more and more staff comes in asking questions about, when was I here last, how did I get the voucher, is this my first time playing here? Then it turned into where did I copy it, I was trying to play on a used voucher. Then one guy came in and say it's good so 1 hour make be 1 and a hour we start playing the round. Hole #15 staff drive up and ask for me. I said yes, he said when u are done they want you in the club house, after hole 18 I went into the clubhouse with my phone on record, because it was nothing good coming out of this. Well the staff said a lot, 1st it was is this your 1st time playing here again! I said no play here many times. He said well u used the voucher on 4-1 u was here by yourself, I laugh and point at the voucher it was signed on that date, I then told him I don't get a voucher for that day we played that voucher, after 18 holes they copy and signed the voucher u have now. O u play on this voucher, you round is pay for he got to pay 79.00 for his round. ( my pops this was his Father's Day gift) how embarrassing they asked us this before the round of golf in front of people, then they question us after the round of golf in front of people and my father! Not asking anything insinuating all types of scenarios, most don't make sense!! I have seem Sunnie many times I play normal after 3 pm it be cheaper I been coming for 20+ years, been golfing over 10+ years off and on here. I brought 2 99.00 for 2 golfer pass. I never used one before the 1st time I don't get a copy of paper for the 1st one I just played and got the 2nd one the only voucher I ever come in there with was the one I copy, stole and shame my pops with. After going back and forth pleading my case, the staff secretly call security, Three security officers circled me, So I ask him what are you doing, he said what are you doing, I said I didn't call you, he said they called me and said they had an irate customer, I said u need to find he because it ant me. Then the staff came out say they maked a mistake after saying basically I can't be pay for all the golf I had to be reuses the voucher on the day I drive back down from Alabama with my friend and I my pops and his wife met us to play this round of golf and gambling. The staff maked me feel like I should not had a voucher, that I couldn't possibly pay for a round of golf, keep asking how many times have I had a tee time. I tell them the whole time I play here all the time, I pay with my cards. For every date I play I can match with a card besides this last time and the time before with pops, every other time I paid with my card my bank can prove that. The bank can also prove Pearl river resort got the money out my account for 199.00 for 4 rounds of golf. They embarrass me humiliated me in front of my pops and other golfers walking in and out. They call security on me, In my pops face like I had real stole something and tied him into it, he been coming for over 20+ years no problem.....they shame my family stereotype us like we was begging and scammers on a special Sliverstar run every year. No customer service no respect, I was thinking in 2022 at 45 years old I would not be stereotype for been black on a club course!!! Shamed in my pops face on his Father's Day gift, I am giving the company time to address this or I will take my records to court. read more

Played the both courses this past weekend. We had to pick an alternative site as our annual men's trip was cancelled due to Hurricane Sally. Dancing Rabbit was our pick and they were very accommodating. Scheduling rounds of golf for 20 of us from Thursday thru Saturday pretty much last minute. Courses were in in very good shape. There's no cart Service...but if you call the clubhouse they will bring you your order to your hole. They are pretty serious about the mask mandate. Overall I would recommend and play this course again.... preferably in March when the Azaleas bloom. read more

I want to start by saying that this course was very beautiful, the problem is how it is managed. We went out on a May Day at 12:30 when the temperature was around 90 degrees, normally not horrible to golf in just need to stay hydrated. There in lies the problem, we didn't know that we were leaving with the only drinks we would have that day. After the first nine holes we called the club house and asked for someone to come out because we needed something to drink and they said not a problem someone would be out quickly. Well after we got to hole 12 and still hadn't seen anyone I called back and the lady at the clubhouse said they would be out "quickly", still no one showed up. I had to quit the round because of almost having a heat stroke.. if you decide to play here disregard the no outside drink rule and bring a big cooler. read more

My sons and I played yesterday June 8, 2019. I called clubhouse to book a tee time and ask about a weather exclusion. The day before. The pro shop that answered was rude and acted like I was wasting her time. And did not know the answer. I asked for a manager again rude and acted like it was the first time anyOne asked if it stormed would we be able to cancel. We signed up online and paid the weather was perfect. In the club house the people working there did not want to be there and although we dropped $500 for 3 to play, shoes and shirts the people were bothered we was there. We asked about a beverage cart. "Yes we have two and will take care of you" after nine holes no beverage cart we stoped and club house to ask. Most did not care and one person took the initiative and inquired to others why the cart was not on course. He got the same look and answer we got from the staff. This is a Beautiful golf course, well maintained at every hole. But I will not be back. I will wear the nice shirt so that friends will ask about the course and I can say stay away.., your not wanted there. read more
