Quick shipping, great packing jobs, and save delivery of both instruments and accessories. Good selection of high quality instruments. I received very good pricing on the two instruments I purchased as well as a Reunion Blues gig bag type case. A while ago I inquired about purchasing an upper line Deering banjo from the new owner Eric Sakimoto whose business is now located in Colorado. Based on Eric's friendly, quick, and thorough responses to my questions I would have no problem purchasing an instrument from Banjo Studio. He still carries a great line up of banjos and accessories. Unfortunately I have developed a problem with my hands which rules out buying a banjo at this time, but if that health issue resolves I will definitely consider ordering from Eric and Banjo Studio again.

David, the owner, answered the phone on the first ring, took the time to speak with me and answer all questions about the banjo. He provided excellent info with a no pressure vibe. Once I ordered, the shipping was lightning fast, well packed, with real time tracking info provided via email. Ordered an accessory for another banjo a week or so later, and it was also shipped immediately with excellent email info. David is also a damn fine musician and used to work for Deering. He knows his stuff. Banjo Studio will henceforth be my first stop for all things banjo - thanks David!
