I always feel weird when shops like this take advantage of that heritage and capitalize on a culture that they are not a part of. I could be wrong-maybe it's owned by indigenous people, but the woman behind the counter certainly did not appear to be. That aside, this is a very eclectic place with a wide variety of souvenirs, gifts and goodies that may appeal to many people. I bought a couple items to take home as gifts, but noted that the quality of most of the things I saw make me believe that they probably won't last too long.

This store obviously doesn't like repeat business and as a concierge i will steer everyone i meet to a different establishment. It always feels like it has been weeks since a truck showed up, and it's not like the store is ever empty. Every time I visit there are lots of shoppers, and there is always a line, which says to me if they managed the store inventory better they could really kill it! Additionally, like many retail places left in our area, they seem to struggle with staffing, which adds to the line issues that others are complaining about. There is a lot of opportunity for this store if they just took advantage of it. If you are looking for a huge selection in a well-managed store, this probably isn't worth the visit. But if you can handle rummaging through mediocre selection to find that fabulous deal you might luck out.
